- How can I order Marsis products?
You can buy from resellers if there is in your region. If not you can order directly from Marsis / Avmeda LLC.
- How much is the cost for license?
You can contact sales for official price quote based on the modules.
- What is the delivery time and cost?
Marsis offers 2 types of licensing. Soft license is free and instant activation during business hours upon payment.
USB dongle license is 150$ including shipping. Delivery time depends on the corruier. Tracking number will be shared once dongle picked up.
- What are the support levels?
Marsis offers remote & email support only and it’s free. If you would like to get extended support pls check support plans in the link.
- What happens if I want move license or format my computer?
If you have soft license please contact support prior to formatting your computer.
One time move / format operating system is free. After that each action its billed 50$ per system.
If you have dongle license, you can install dongle driver and software setup yourself.
- What is the software update procedure with my license?
If you have valid software maintenance and support which is default 1 year you can download and install latest version.
Maintenance period can be found in the Help-> About section of the user interface of the program.
If maintenance period is expired, you must order update. Flat fee is 250$ per server for all desktop applications.
