All Marsis products come with a 1 year free annual software maintenance license and we provide 1 year free technical support.
Customers whose annual maintenance period has expired can only receive limited email support.
Customers who wish to continue receiving support can continue receiving support by renewing their annual maintenance agreements.

- Free Upgrade:
You will keep your software up to date and will be able to download any version that comes out during your maintenance period.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Response Time:
You will get response from our support team in 24 Hours
- Licensing:
Each software on your computer should be licensed separately. (e.g: If you have 2CH Playout and 2CH CG running on same computer. You should buy ASM License for both Playout and CG Software. If only Playout have valid ASM license, you could have support just for Playout software)

- Licensing:
Unlimited license support.
- Customers who have valid support plan must present their license number to Marsis Support Team.
- All Marsis products with new purchase comes with Basic Plan and 1 year software maintenance included.
- We kindly ask you to schedule phone calls in advance via e-mail.
- On-site Support will be charged separately on a daily basis. Travel and accommodation expenses are not included in on-site support prices.
